Stimulus:

This one is all about pacing, fight the urge to go out really hot on the rounds with lower reps, it gets harder as it goes on. Keep you midline tight and don't let you back blow up during this.

Notes:

Scale the weight of the dumbbells to something you can do most of the rounds unbroken with.
