FAQs

Firstly, check that your time period on your results page is set to the correct period for the result you entered. Secondly,for performance reasons, the results graph can take up to 10 minutes to show new result data. If you have added a result and it is not appearing, try waiting 10 minutes and refreshing the page. If the results still aren't showing up on the graph, please contact us and we can investigate the issue.

RPE: Rating of Perceived Exertion. This is a relative rating of how hard the workout was. By recording this in workout results, you can see which workouts were hardest for you.

To integrate Wodly with Fitbit, navigate to your Profile page. From here, find the Integrations section, under the Fitbit section, click the "Connect to Fitbit" button. This will bring you to the Fitbit website and ask you to allow access to your Fitbit data. You can revoke access to your Fitbit data at any time from this same section on your profile once you have connected your Fitbit account to Wodly.

By allowing access, you will be able to see information such as heart rate for a workout recorded on Fitbit and link it to your results on Wodly.
