This is a test of overhead stability and shoulder endurance. The aim here is speed and power under control, keep your cycles smooth and fast. How fast can you go without burning out?

Notes:

Pick a weight that will allow you to do large sets of each movement. Note, the push press will probably be the limiting factor.
