This one is all about bracing under cardio pressure. Push hard on the burpees and take your time on the deadlifts. Brace hard and make sure your form is spot on, the volume building quickly. Remember, the 7th round is half way!

Notes:

Pick a weight on the deadlift that should be easily manageable for 5-6 reps.
