This is a sprint workout, how fast can you do the bike and immediately pick up the barbell.

Notes:

Scale the weight to a degree so that you can do at least sets of 5 on the clean and jerks. Don't sprint so fast on the bike that you wont be able to pick up the barbell straight away.
