Devil Press Double Unders


This is a test of cardio and strength under fatigue. The double unders will start to jack your heart rate up and fatigue your shoulders. You need to maintain steady breathing and core stability as well as shoulder stability for the overhead portion of the movement.


Scale double unders with twice the number of single skips. Pick a weight for the dumbbell which will let you do each round in no more than 2 sets.
