This is a test of strength as well as weightlifting skill and gymnastic skill. The toes to bar will tax and core and shoulders heavily, watch your form in the later rounds on the clean and jerk as your midline and overhead stability will be impacted. Keep your pace in your mind too, the half way point is mid way through round 7!!
Kipping leg raises can be done instead of toes to bar. For the clean and jerk, pick a weight that should be challenging for singles in the later rounds, it should feel fairly light for the first few rounds.
