Stimulus:

Pure test of high skill body weight movements and gymnastic ability. Move fast and smooth through relatively small numbers of reps. Focus on quality of movement and improving these core skills.

Notes:

Pistols can be scaled with a resistance band if needed. Scale toes to bar with kipping leg raises. Handstand push ups can be done as pike push ups.
