This workout is all about testing strength for gymnastics as well as a high skill leg strength and balance movement thrown in. Time under tension is key here, keep moving through it to build your strength.

Notes:

Dips and pull ups can be done with a resistance band if needed. Pistols can be done to a box if needed.
