Stimulus:

Big upper body focused workout. Don't go to failure on the gymnastics movements, rest early and often as needed. Go hard on the dumbbell snatches.

Notes:

Scale the pull ups with a resistance band if needed. Use an elevated box for the push ups if needed. Pick a weight for the dumbbell to allow you to do large unbroken sets.
