This workout is all about keeping calm, moving smoothly through high skill movements. The reps are not very large each round, so transition times are key. Don't go out hot and just keep moving.

Notes:

Pick a weight should should feel comfortable for 10 fast singles with. Scale chest to bar with normal pull ups and scale pistols with a resistance band or box if needed.
