Stimulus:

This workout is all about core and legs. We are testing high skill movements that require core endurance as well as explosive power in jumping.

Notes:

Scale double unders with twice as many single unders aiming for large sets. Toes to bar can be done as kipping leg raises, aim to keep a consistent kip and find a rhythm.
