Stimulus:

This is a full body strength and skill development workout. We are testing legs, upper body, midline and grip. The goal is to keep your pace and move methodically through this.

Notes:

Pistols can be done to a box if needed. Scale handstand pushups with pike pushups. Pick a weight for the kettle bell that you can the reps in no more than two sets if needed.
