Stimulus:

This is primarily a muscular endurance workout taxing your core, legs and shoulders. Fight the urge to rip the cleans like some sort of kipping reverse curl, use your legs, you will have a much better time!

Notes:

For the sit ups, sit as far forward as you can. Pick a weight on the cleans that you can do the largest round in no more than 2 sets.
