Stimulus:

This is a test of midline endurance. Taxing the core and and posterior chain. You need to manage your pace well here, keep smooth and steady, this combination can be tough on your back if you are not moving well.

Notes:

For sit ups, crunch as far forward as you can. Scale the deadlifts with a weight that you can do the reps in more more than 2 sets if needed.
