This is mostly a cardio workout with some weight thrown in to test you under fatigue. The sneaky bit is the extra burpees in the devil press. Keep tight, we need to focus on core and overhead stability under pressure in this workout.

Scale the weight of the devil press to something you can do in no more than two sets.
