This is a test of leg endurance, grit and high skill movement. Your legs will start to burn very quickly on this one. Keep a consistent and even pace, put your head down and get through it.


Pistols can be scaled by doing them to the box if needed. Pick a box height and weight that will allow you to move consistently for 20 reps, at most breaking once each round.
