This is a combination of two classics. This workout is an all out test of strength and power output. Move fast but keep your form solid, we don't want anyone's back to blow up. This is high intensity, aim for short rest if needed, otherwise, it's a full send!
Pick a weight for the barbell that is comfortable for the snatch portion, in theory the C&J part should be easier, be beware, the fatigue will set in quickly!
