Double Unders Front Squat


This is a test of bracing under cardio load. Front squats will tax your core and your ability to stay in a good braced position. Add double unders will put you under a cardio load making bracing harder.


Scale front squats to a weight they should feel challenging with or do air squats. Scale the double unders with single unders or tuck jumps.
