This is a test of cardio capacity and your ability to lift heavy out of breath. Depending on your cardio capacity, this workout will feel the worst in the middle. Take you time with the lifting and pace yourself early on the run.


Scale back the run by half each round if you need to. Pick a weight that should feel very heavy for the first set of 10 as singles.
