This is a grit base grind of a workout. We are testing pushing strength, grip and leg endurance. The reps build up quickly, don't rush it. How long can you suffer and maintain your pace?

Notes:

Scale the pike push ups from your knees if needed. Use what ever height box or step you have access to, pick a weight you can keep moving with for the 20 reps.
