Stimulus:

Cardio and skill endurance workout. The goal here is to move consistently for the entire workout. The reps are not very large on each round. Fight the urge to sprint out of the gates.

Notes:

Scale toes to bar with kipping leg raises if needed. Hanging knee raises are also acceptable. Make sure to pick a version that you can do the 5 reps unbroken.
