Stimulus:

Cardio, shoulders, legs and strength under fatigue. Small reps in each round, the goal is to move consistently for the entire time and keep the same pacing.

Notes:

Pick a weight to allow you to do the thrusters unbroken each round. Do double the amount of single unders instead of double if needed.
