This is a full body test of body weight skills. Each movement of the workout targets specific muscle groups and should provide a cardio burn. Remember, keep moving and don't go to failure on anything.


Push ups can be scale with an elevated box or off the knees. For sit ups, sit up as far as you can reach towards the legs.
