Stimulus:

This is a pure grind of a workout. We are working on cardio endurance and gymnastic capacity. The goal here is to just keep moving, pick a pace to allow you to move without much rest. The volume ramps up quickly, don't blow up!

Notes:

Scale pull ups with a resistance band. The goal is large sets, so scale to a level where you can manage 10 reps in 1-2 sets.
