This is a serious test of shoulder and core strength and stability. Both movements will challenge your core and shoulders. Can you move consistently and not allow your form to break down?

Notes:

Scale toes to bar with kipping leg raises or knee raises. Scale the weight of the OHS to something you can manage unbroken for the set of 5 and 10.
