This is a test of cardio capacity and strength endurance. Can you run fast and immediately pick up the barbell.

Notes:

Scale the distance of the run to something you can complete in under 2 minutes. Scale the weight of the round of DT to something you can complete in under a minute. Aim for 3 minutes of work and 2 minutes of rest.
