This is a tough test of gymnastics under a cardio load. Burpees can be done with a box step over or jump.


Toes to bar can be scaled with kipping leg raises. Pegboards can be scaled by accumulating 30 seconds of a hold on the peg board or moving up and down one rug on the board 3 times.
