This is a test of legs and shoulders. The front squats are going to be harder under fatigue from the double unders and your shoulders are going to burn straight out of the handstand walk back to the double unders. Here we are combining high skill and grunt work.
Scale double unders with twice as many single unders. Handstand walks can be scaled with bear crawls or free standing kick ups with a step in between for half the distance. Pick a weight for the front squats that is going to be challenging for 5 reps unbroken.
