This workout is all about shoulders, legs and core. You need to keep braced on the snatches and double unders. Both of these movements will also blow up your shoulders. We are then demanding explosive power output from your legs while under fatigue. This is a fast workout, breath when you can and keep moving.
Scale double unders with twice as many single unders. Scale the weight of the dumbbell to something you can do almost all the reps unbroken with.
