This is all about core, grip and legs. We are testing your ability to use your core after running. Don't run so fast that you have to rest for a long time before each movement.

Notes:

Scale GHD sit ups with regular sit ups. Scale rope climbs with floor to standing with the rope or as many foot clamps as you can up and down.
