This is a test of strength, power output and cardio endurance. Keep the pace even on both movements, don't try and sprint and blow up.

Notes:

Box jumps can be done as step overs if needed. Scale the weight of the bar to something you can do the first few rounds in 2 to 3 sets, or continuous fast singles.
