This is a serious test of weight lifting skill and strength. How fast can you go and hold the same pace each round. Measured consistent rest will be essential.

Notes:

Each round must be completed without putting down the bar for the reps to count. Scale the weight to something that is comfortable for single sets of the whole complex.
