Test of leg strength here as well as cardio capacity and lifting while out of breath. There are a lot of calories to cover on the bike, don't go out hot, keep a consistent pace and move through them. Move fast on the snatches.

Notes:

Pick a weight on the snatches that you can easily do unbroken sets of 5 with. Don't feel pressured to go unbroken in this workout, fast singles are also fine.
