This is a test of shoulder strength, core stability and your ability to violently open and close your hips. Watch your pace, the reps are small each round, keep your pace consistent and aim to keep moving well for the whole time.


Scale toes to bar with kipping leg raises. Scale the weight of the snatches to something that is comfortable for singles with short rest between the reps at the start.
