Stimulus:

This is a test of high skill gymnastics and weightlifting ability. The squat snatches are not very heavy you need to watch your form. Combined with cheat to bars, this will be a big shoulder workout.

Notes:

Scale chest to bar with a difficult scale of pull ups, either regular or ring rows. Scale the weight of the snatches to something that should feel comfortable for single reps.
