"Shut Up and Run"

Stimulus:

This is all out cardio exertion. The goal here is to move fast and just keep moving through everything.

Notes:

Burpees can be step up or jump. For Sit ups, sit as far forward as you can. Push ups can be scaled with hand release push ups if needed.
