This is a pure upper body pump session. We are testing grip and upper body pulling strength here. Don't let the short rounds fool you, this is a grind, fatigue will set in quickly for your arms.


Scale the pull ups with a resistance band if needed. Scale the rope climbs with a floor to standing and back pull or as many clamps up the rope as you can get.
